Ready to Party with Stella?

We think that birthday wishes are best expressed with some "fun folding."  Our first birthday card of the year shows just how exciting that can be!  We teamed up our brand new ©Stampin’ Up! "Occasions" Party Wishes Stamp Set and some pretty background paper from the new It's My Party Designer Series Paper Stack.  The result is better than a party popper!

We didn't stop with that . . .although we could have still turned some heads.  Instead we layered and folded and punched and glittered our cupcakes up with our Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.  By the way, there was no "fussy cutting" on those cupcakes.  There's a punch pack for that.  Be still my heart!

Our fold is actually more like a flap stuck on with a bit of glue.  The base of our front panel starts with Basic Black Card Stock which we cut to 2 1/2" x 5 3/4" lobbed off at the bottom with our Scallop Edge Punch.  A 1/4" score and fold at the top is tucked under to form the flap.  We used Sahara Sand Card Stock to set things off and two designs from our It's My Party Designer Series Paper Stack.

Inside and under the flap some birthday wishing is encouraged.  We even added some candles in Mint Macaroon to aid in the merry making.  Check out the ©Stampin’ Up! Occasion's Catalog for all of the possibilities!

All papers, inks, and accessories used in this card are from ©Stampin’ Up!
