Wow!  We love the month of June because we get a brand new catalog with goodies galore.  Best of all our Second Thursday Stampers are beginning their 15th year of stamping together! HOORAY🙌

Delightful

Our Second Thursday Stampers are treated to a full "make and take" style project each month and we try to make them really special.  The new Daisy Delight stamp set and coordinating Daisy Punch make this fancy fold brighten things up and are sure to put smiles on faces! 

Delightful Daisy Card

 Where have you been Wisteria Wonder?  It took the new Delightful Daisy DSP to get you out of hibernation and we love you!  Thanks to our stamping friend Mary Brown at Stamper Camper's Corner for the idea and directions including dimensions and card fold instructions!  We couldn't have done it without you!  The DSP is Delightful Daisy, the daisy is two Delightful Daisies stamped in Night of Navy and punched with . . . you guessed it, the Daisy Punch.  Now that's delightful!  We put a few fussy cut leaves two step stamped with Old Olive just for good measure.  The whole thing is held together with a Calypso Coral belly band.  This card is absolutely . . . delightful! 🌼🌼🌼

New Colors, New Friends

Dear ©Stampin’ Up!  You regularly surprise us with a new roster of beautiful In-Colors and the 2017-2019 lineup is no exception.  All new In Color™ inks and papers provide the perfect backdrop for our versatile new Lovely Words Framelits.  We chose "Friend" as our message, and what could be more appropriate as we welcome three brand new friends to our Second Thursday Stamp Club.

Lovely New In Colors Card

Our cutout framelit message was crafted with the new Lovely Words Framelit, framed with a Layering Oval Framelit.  In the background In Colored shapes are stamped in Berry Burst, Powder Pink, and Lemon Lime Twist with stamps from the coordinating Lovely Inside and Out stamp set, new this stamp year.  A bit of random stamping and stamping off gives us a chance to show off  the new shades.  The card front layers are Berry Burst Card Stock and Lemon Lime Twist Card Stock.  Those colors play very nicely with each other and also with our Basic Black and Whisper White.  We topped things off with some pretty new Glitter Enamel Dots.  Easy as can be . . . but who thinks up all these color names!!!???

Summer Swing Sitting

Everyone needs to take a break once in a while.  A sunny summer afternoon sitting on a swing under a shade tree is a perfect way to relax and reflect.  Our version of that tranquil afternoon gets a little help from two returning stamp sets.  Sitting Here and Sheltering Tree team up in a very sweet way to think about the good things in life.

Sitting Under A Tree Card

We stamped a sweet little Sitting Here swing and a happy little bird with Early Espresso.  Then we got out our Watercolor Markers and colored away.  The Sheltering Tree leaves and grass are stamped with Pear Pizzaz and the message from Sitting Here is just about perfect.  We decorated a little bit with a pretty puffed up pillow.  Comfy!  Frame it all up with some Pear Pizzazz and So Saffron and we have a sweet little card for any occasion!
