Blossoms, Blossoms, Blossoms

Who wouldn't want to be the May birthday recipient of a card stamped liberally with the beautiful Betsy's Blossoms?  Another simple masking technique and some pretty ribbon make this one a winner!

Masking Betsy's Blossoms

It wasn't too much fuss to make this really fun card.  Whisper White Card Stock provides the blank slate.  Wild Wasabi, Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, and Pacific Point Ink add the splash.  We made a one inch wide mask and stamped away!  The pretty little bird stamped in Pacific Point Ink and snipped out gets popped up with a Dimensional to add some interest.  The 5/8" Pacific Point Grosgrain Ribbon is retired . . . but not tired!  We poked the short pieces of ribbon through some holes punched with our Crop-A-Dile and taped on the back for a nice and easy touch.  The message is from Bring on the Cakeone of our favorite stamp sets.  We framed it all up with Pacific Point and Melon Mambo Card Stock.  Fabulous!  All papers, inks, and accessories used in this card are from Stampin’ Up! ©
