March Anticipation

. . . Anticipation . . . the act or state of looking forward to some occurrence.  When March rolls around here in Wisconsin we get really good at anticipating the warmth and wonder of a Midwest Spring.  Our stampers are getting a little bit of that lovely feeling with cheery colors and some flowery forbearers!  

Pretty banners topped with some pearly blooms and a lovely Springtime Hello make us want to exchange our coats and boots for sweaters and sneakers!  A splash of gold mixed in makes for some Happy Stampers this month.

Banners and Blooms

We can't get enough of the Sale.a.Bration offerings and this delicious card is a simple and sensational way to show some of them off.

SAB Banner Blast Card

Pistachio Pudding, Crisp Canteloupe, and Summer Starfruit!!!!! What a tasty combo for this lovely creation.  Whisper White card stock gets a big pop from the Crisp Canteloupe layer in between. We did a reverse dry emboss with the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder on the bottom 2/3's of the fancied up layer, tied some Baker's Twine around the middle, and hung up our laundry . . . oops . . . we mean to say banners from the Sale.a.Bration stamp set Banner Blast.  A little punch from the Banner Punch and some help from our Dimensionals have a friendly message swaying in the Spring breeze.  Leaves and flowers on top compliments of the Petal Parade stamp set top this card off perfectly.  All papers, inks, and accessories used in our creations  are from Stampin’ Up!™

Good As Gold

Sale-a-Bration is just about over, but the glitter and glam will keep on making us smile.  Our stampers had a hand at using the Good As Gold Simply Sent Card Kit and the creative juices were flowing!

Good As Gold Envelope And Card

Some gold cord, pretty baker's twine, pre-cut banners, colorful cardstock, and a shiny gold envelope liner was all it took for the ooh's and aah's to beginn.  Five minutes or so and our stampers put together a fancy card that anyone would be proud to give.  For more great ideas to make this kit create some magic go to Debbie's Designs.  All papers, inks, and accessories used in our creations  are from Stampin’ Up!™

Springtime Bees and Blooms

We are making a dent in our package of beautiful Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper and our stampers really like it that way. The Hexagon Hive Thinlet showcases the floral selection and is as sweet as "honey from the bees."

Springtime (Bee) Hive Card

Tangerine Tango or Island Indigo--take your pick.  This card is gorgeous in whatever shade you choose.  We made good use of the sweet little Springtime Hello Stamp Set.  A little wax paper over the Whisper White Card Stock while running the Thinlet through our Big Shot helped make sure the hexagons came out perfectly for a perfect combination that's the bee's knees! All papers, inks, and accessories used in this card  are from Stampin’ Up!™
